AI 辨識的數值會準嗎?How accurate are the AI estimates?
營養與熱量是依照片/文字估算的參考值,可能有誤差。App 內任何數值都能手動修改。These are estimates and can be edited manually anywhere in the app.
免費版和 Pro 有什麼差別?Free vs. Pro?
免費版每日有 AI 辨識次數上限;PROTO Pro(US$5.99 / 月)為無限,並提供 3 天免費試用(試用期間最多辨識 30 張照片)。Pro is US$5.99/month with a 3-day free trial (up to 30 photo scans during the trial), unlimited after it renews.
需要註冊帳號才能用嗎?Do I need an account?
不需要。不登入也能直接使用與購買 Pro;登入只是選配,用來跨裝置雲端同步。No account required — you can use and purchase Pro without signing in. Signing in is optional and only enables cross-device sync.
怎麼取消訂閱?How do I cancel?
iPhone:設定 → 你的 Apple ID →「訂閱」→ PROTO → 取消,或在 App 內「帳號 → 管理訂閱」。在 3 天試用期內取消不會收費。On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PROTO → Cancel. Cancel within the 3-day trial and you won't be charged.
換了手機,購買/資料不見?Restore purchases / data?
在 App 內「帳號 →還原購買」可還原 Pro;若先前有登入帳號,登入即可雲端還原資料。Use "Restore purchases" in Account; if you had signed in, signing in restores your data from the cloud.
要刪除帳號或資料?Delete account or data?
